“Worship the Father in spirit and truth”

Ashford Community Church is in the heart of the Energy Corridor and one of the ten congregations which meet at Kingdom City Houston. Known by it’s diversity, passion and zeal for the Lord, Ashford is a Spirit-filled Bible-teaching church with a focus on community, discipleship, and missional outreach.

“But the hour is coming, and is now here, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for the Father is seeking such people to worship him. God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.” John 4:23

belong

By creating a welcoming environment where every individual can feel like they belong and are an integral part of the community we become a family, a body in Christ.

believe

We meet together for fellowship and to worship as Jesus' command was to not simply make converts but to make disciples, who walked as he walked and did as He did. Here in the Energy Corridor of Houston, we are making "disciples of all nations".

become

Our vision goes beyond the four walls. We want to bring the power of God and the message of the Gospel to our homes, neighborhoods, and to all the nations.

Ashford Community Church is one of the international congregations that meet to worship and fellowship together at Kingdom City Houston.

At Kingdom City Houston, we believe we are all baptized into the same body by the Holy Spirit despite our ethnic, cultural, or communicative customs and find unity in the pursuit of Jesus and His fellowship.

“After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude which no one could number, of all nations, tribes, peoples, and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, with palm branches in their hands...” Revelation 7:9

Once a month we hold a combined Mid-Week Prayer and Worship Service where all of our congregations come together for bilingual praise and worship. This service enables us to rejoice in the Lord as one body.
